Spirit in Motion is a scared offering of intuitive energy movement and channeled writing, held in quiet presence and deep trust. In each session, I become the vessel for spirit to move through - my body flowing without thought, my hand writing without planning. It's not trance. I'm fully present. But the energy is not mine.
These sessions are offered at a distance. You don't need to show up on video or explain anything. Just lie down, breathe, and let the energy meet you.
You'll receive what you need. Not what you expect.
What is Spirit in Motion?
Spirit in Motion is not a method. It's not a technique. It's a sacred, intuitive transmission - guided by energy, not intention.
I allow the energy to move through me, guiding my body in spontaneous, fluid movement. Sometimes, messages follow - written without thinking, as if Spirit whispers through my hand.
There is no trance. I remain fully awake. But the energy is not mine. I simply hold space and let it flow.
No video. No expectations. No need to explain. You lie down. You rest. You receive.
Each session is unique, because you are. What comes through will meet you exactly where you are - energentically, emotionally, spiritually.
